Key Findings

•16 of 17 providers verified via whois on compute/speedtest IPs
•4 providers route through VNPT (AS135905/AS45899) — same physical network, different brands
•13 providers operate their own ASN — up from 9 after whois verification revealed hidden ASNs
•Website-derived ASNs were WRONG for 7 providers — CDN/ISP ASNs masked the real compute network
